During consulting hours, we have a team of vets that run up to 4 rooms at any one time. We allow a minimum of 15 minutes for each appointment depending on the complexity. This allows us to keep your waiting time to a minimum.
We understand no one likes to wait, and that’s why we take pride in being able to see the majority of our clients within ten minutes of their arrival. We try to keep pets and owners stress as low as possible – but sometimes no matter how hard we try, we know some of our patients would just rather be elsewhere!
