Pet insurance

We are a Petplan appointed representative practice. This enables us to legally discuss the benefits of pet insurance and more importantly allows us to offer 4 weeks free Petplan insurance to our clients with healthy young cats, dogs and rabbits between the ages of 6 weeks and 1 year old.

We have chosen to become an appointed representative practice with Petplan because they are a well established, specialist pet insurance company providing lifetime or covered for life policies. This means that as long as premiums are renewed annually without any breaks, your pet is insured for up to the maximum benefit of the policy every year. Although not the cheapest policy we believe that this type of policy give our clients the maximum protection.

Other possibly cheaper policies may only pay out for one year or a maximum amount per condition, which reduces each time a claim is made. Once the maximum benefit is used up your pet is no longer covered for that condition.

As the credit crunch bites we feel it is important to be able to provide some free insurance to newly aquired pups, kittens or rabbits whilst owners decide whether to take out a policy. In addition we can explain the benefits of the policy Petplan provide.

We are also able to offer affordable accidental injury insurance cover to clients who are members of our Premier Health Plan.
