We brought Chester in today for an operation on his ear.
When we came to collect him, we were seen by Simon who went through all the details of the operation, the aftercare and telling us how Chester would be feeling.
He covered every aspect of Chesters aftercare taking us up to his follow up appointment.

We have a four month old Golden Retriever puppy, which we became the proud owners of in October.
This is the first puppy we have had, and even though we read up as much as we could, still felt we were a little clueless. We have phoned on a couple of occasions for advice, and have always been given time and reassurance. We took out the Premier Health Plan, and it is not only value for money, but the fact that we are contacted to remind us when we need to come in for worming tablets etc is invaluable.
When we have been in, all staff have been extremely polite, friendly and welcoming, and have made our early puppy-owning days and lot less stressful. I cannot recommend Parkhill highly enough.

The client event "caring for senior animals" was a very enjoyable and informative evening. My dog Tia has unfortunately been ill from a young age and I have needed all the services the practice offers.
During the evening I was shown around 'behind the scenes' this was extremely reassuring. I know Tia is in professional hands and with the most up to date equipment & technology she now has every chance of living a long happy life.
I would recommend the events to all.

A massive thanks for getting our cat one eyed Dodger back to us last week through his microchip...Hit by car on Spofforth Hill and stabilised fantastically by you - with significant chest and pelvis trauma and the pink bit popping out of his tummy!
Because you used his microchip and found within the hour...Brilliant! I was going to post our thanks on your site as this really shows the value of microchipping and how effective people like your staff can be in a crisis. I am also a vet living in Wetherby - but working in Leeds and I spent a few hours immediately and a few days since putting Dodger back together.
You will be pleased to hear he is on the mend! What a lot of broken ribs too! However I realise how important you were in this and send my massive thanks! You did a great job and we are very grateful.
